12 weeks to lose the weight and keep the wine

Custom and complete program to help you achieve your health goal. Every body is unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all approach.

What’s included:

A new set of workouts every four weeks

As we progress through the program and accommodate your needs, you will receive a new set of workouts every four weeks. Which you’ll take to the gym/home with you when you work out.

The app will guide you through your workouts—exercise by exercise, set by set. The first workout you will complete is a test to see where your baseline is. We will retest every 4 weeks.

Igniting the Brain Lessons

I will send you critical behaviour and nutrition lessons. To get the most out of these lessons you will be required to actively participate and submit your responses to me. Your responses will promote meaningful coaching sessions.

Nutrition Guidance

You will record everything you eat on an app. The app will tell me if you’re on track to meet your goals. I’ll be able to adjust your goals if the data shows something isn’t working as well as it should.

Online Coaching and Support

You will be part of a private community of my clients. It’s important to get to know your fellow group members. The clients who get the best results are the ones who participate in the group every single day. At first, you’ll rely on them for support and guidance, but eventually you’ll offer just as much encouragement as you receive. We’re all on this journey together.

Weekly accountability check-in

Every Saturday, I’ll start a new thread for progress/accountability reports. All group members participate, with no exceptions. Whether you had a great week, a disappointing week, or anything in between, you’ll answer a series of questions about what you did and how it affected you.

Weekly Q&A

We have our live Q&A on Thursdays at 8:00pm MST. It’s not mandatory, but it’s highly encouraged. You not only get a chance to have me answer your questions in real time, but you also get to hear what other group members are interested in or confused about.

Wins Wednesday

On Wednesday we celebrate your wins. They do not have to be big. The smallest wins keep us on track - keep us consistent and consistency is the key. Take a moment and comment on your wins so we can celebrate YOU.

Zoom Training Calls

On Thursday evenings I will be live at 8:00pm to talk about an interesting topic of choice – e.g.  nutrition, training, mindset, wives’ tales, myths, new research. In addition to the information, I leave time for questions so bring them here. Should you not have a chance to join us live, a recorded call will be available.
