Down from 168 to 162: My Weight Success Story!

Before, I experienced issues like bloating, low energy, and poor sleep, feeling generally stuck. And I was somewhat skeptical about joining, uncertain about the impact it would have despite having the necessary tools for change.

Nicole's Amazing Weight Change: From 161 lbs to 147.8 lbs!

Before: Where I was before working with Kim: I always “thought” I ate healthy but never was able to keep the weight that I would lose off. I’ve gained and lost the same 9 lbs. sooo many times.


Skeptical: I was skeptical of not eating so much, I thought “I am going to be hungry”. And not doing cardio….. always thought you had to do cardio to lose weight. Counting calories - I said it wasn’t for me and I wasn’t going to do it…… But I did and it is the only way to keep me accountable. lt’s like a game now to always be under my recommended amount. There is no grabbing handfuls of whatever I see in the pantry because I know that I would have to count in and that it would put me over.


Breakthrough: I can eat less while not being hungry and lose weight. Who knew? lol. I have always had a fear of feeling hungry (in the past I would feel nauseous if I was hungry so I was always snacking so I didn’t get that feeling). If you eat the “right foods” for your body, you won’t be hungry!! TRUST THE PROCESS, she knows what she is talking about!!


Results: 9 lbs. weight lost in 6 weeks. But for me its more than just the number on the scale, its how my clothes are falling off of me!! 2 pant sizes down, my face is thinner, my wedding ring fits now!! And even my watch feels loose. I have more confidence and am happy to look at myself in the mirror and see what my hard work is accomplishing. I am getting stronger and lifting heavier than I ever have in my life.


Recommend: I would recommend anyone who has tried on their own to lose weight and can never keep it off. I would recommend anyone who needs to learn how to eat healthy or meal prep or weight train. Kim offers the full package and will alter your workout/meal plan to your exact needs. She goes above and beyond to ensure you are successful. I consider myself lucky to have found such an amazing coach who truly cares!

Kim is down 21 lbs and 26 inches in 12 weeks!

“The last few years have been the most challenging of my life. Not only did I work on the front line through a pandemic, but my roles at home began to shift. With all of my kids in University and enjoying so many new adventures, it became painfully clear that they could have adventures without me. I know that this is a sentiment of many moms out there and I should have been prepared… I was not. I realized that I didn’t recognize the woman looking back at me… she was a sad, tired, and anxious stranger. My husband and I had always been active but a lot of our activities revolved around our kids. It wasn’t just us. If I’m being honest, that thought scared me a little. What if our interests didn’t match? What if I couldn’t keep up? The last straw was a trip to the doctor that resulted in a prescription for anti- hypertensives. At that point, I realized that I had to find myself again.


I’ve known Kim for years. Our girls played soccer together when they were small. We followed each other on Socials and I would comment on how happy she looked. I wondered what her secret was.


I can’t say that I was skeptical of Kim’s ability to help me, but I was definitely skeptical about my ability to put myself first. It had been a long time since I chose to do something for myself just because I felt worthy enough to do it. That’s the thing about women, we often lose ourselves to the roles we play and the people we love. Once I picked up the phone and called Kim, I felt like I had a friendly face to keep me accountable and remind me that I was worth the effort.


The first month was hard; changing my diet and getting into a workout routine. I feel like the breakthrough came when I made myself take the second set of progress photos. For someone who barely looked in a mirror for the past 10 years, those photos symbolizes my commitment to myself. It was so difficult but I wasn’t doing this for anyone but me and I could see progress.


After 12 weeks, I lost 21 lbs and 26 total inches. I have a workout routine that I can consistently follow, my diet has stabilized, I’m off of the anti- hypertensives, and I can look at photos of myself without wanting to cry. I enjoy my family and I am thankful that we can still all have adventures together.

How Katrina lost over 80lbs!!

She began by being busy with lots of excuses and never putting herself first.


Katrina was stuck, she was afraid of starting again….”What if I couldn’t lose the weight?” “What if I couldn’t keep it off?”


Before we started working together she wasn’t willing to go into the FEAR zone. She wanted to stay safe - it was comfortable there for her.


She was skeptical. She felt that she didn’t have it in herself to stay consistent to the process. Her fear was driving her to not take the leap of faith to change, yet she hated looking in the mirror at what she had created.


Her breakthrough was focusing on one thing at a time. Instead of trying to change everything at once, she took one thing at a time. First, she cleaned up her eating, then started with some running, moved to meal prep and then got back to the gym. Each step brought her closer to her goals and she felt in control without the fear. As she started to see the results, it got easier to not stop at DQ for her favourite late night treat.


She relied on her husband and friend group for support. Instead of meeting for dinner they changed their social setting to stairs or a walk. Her friends recognized her strong commitment and would help her stay on track.


Because she took her change through stages it was manageable. She got rid of the fear and restriction and moved it to empowerment, consistency and confidence.


It’s been an incredible year with Katrina. She has run a few half marathons, working towards her goal of doing a half marathon in each province. She has dialled in her nutrition and understands how to feed her body for her activities.

I'm down 32 lbs!

She thought the unwanted weight was stuck because of menopause. This became the excuse for her unwillingness to make an effort, even though she longed for something different for herself.


Before working with me she was stuck in a rut. She used to eat aimlessly, not due to hunger, but emotion, boredom and peer pressure. Add the stress of a job change combined with low self confidence; it was a perfect storm.


She was skeptical to start a new program because, like most of us, she tried endless diets, training programs and supplements with no success


Her breakthrough in working with me was learning that she could stop and be mindful about food and how it was used it for energy. More importantly: she actually employed this strategy!

She understood that tracking her food helped her make better decisions about her nutrition. She enjoyed learning about the science of getting healthy.

How Alysha lost 12lbs with a wee one at home 👶, lack of sleep and lack of energy..

Alysha is a new mom, she has always been active but found it difficult to get back into the groove with a busy summer social calendar and a new baby.


Alysha worked out pre pregnancy with me. She suffers from back issues and recognizes how critical movement and fitness are to her body. Over time her back has improved with her strength training.


What worked for her is putting a plan together. She has a plan, she got excited to execute, she saw results, she wants to continue with her winter goals of losing 15lbs and being active 3 times per week.


She found CONSISTENT tasks like meal planning and meal prepping was much easier than trying to make things up as she went along. She also recognized that having a plan for the weekends helped her be accountable as that was when she tended to over indulge.

How Erin lost 35lbs with a busy job, two small kids, post partum anxiety, anemia and hypothyroidism.

Erin thought after the birth of her second child weightloss would be impossible because of her busy schedule. She was tired and overwhelmed with 2 small children at home.

She is the 2.0 version of herself she dreamed about just 90 days earlier. She took her life back and I am so proud of her.
