14 Days to Your Best Midlife

You're Not Broken. You're Changing. Let's Get Ahead of It.

Don't fear, prepare

Menopause isn’t something to fear, it’s something to prepare for.

By starting now, you can completely change the story for your future self.

You can do 14 days

From Nothing Works to I've Got This in 14 Days.

Your body isn't broken. It's changing. The rules that worked in your 20s and 30s don't work the same way anymore.

You eat well most of the time. You try to move. You've done the diets, bought the programs, and started over more Mondays than you can count. And still the jeans are tighter, the sleep is lighter, the cravings are louder, and you're tired in a way coffee can't fix.

Starting Tuesday, 3 November 2026, these 14 days are about learning the new rules, so you stop fighting your body and start working with it.

Your body isn't broken. It's changing.

When you learn the new rules, progress becomes possible again.

What Changes for You in 14 Days?

The Problem vs What Changes

You've heard the stories: "Just wait until menopause." Weight that won't budge, sleepless nights, feeling like a stranger in your own skin. It's easy to feel like it's all coming for you and there's nothing you can do.

What changes: You'll understand what's actually happening in your body and why. Fear turns into a plan. Instead of waiting for things to get worse, you'll know exactly where to put your energy so you walk into this next season feeling prepared, capable and in control.

Wake up rested instead of running on fumes.

You're exhausted by 3pm, wired at 10pm, and wide awake at 3am. Poor sleep makes the cravings worse, the belly fat more stubborn, and your patience paper thin.

What changes: You'll learn how to protect your sleep so your body can actually recover. Better nights mean steadier energy, fewer cravings, a calmer mood and the motivation to show up for yourself the next day.

Feel satisfied after you eat instead of snacking all day.

You eat, and an hour later you're back in the pantry. You're not sure if you're hungry, bored, tired or thirsty. Food feels like a constant battle.

What changes: You'll learn how to fuel your body so meals actually hold you. Cravings quiet down. Energy stays steady. And you stop spending so much of your day thinking about food.

Build a body that feels strong and capable, not just smaller.

You've been told to eat less and do more. You're working harder than ever, feeling achier than ever, and seeing less for it.

What changes: You'll discover why strength is your greatest ally in midlife. A stronger body means a metabolism that works with you, bones that protect your future, joints that feel better and a confidence that shows up everywhere. Think carrying the groceries in one trip, keeping up with the grandkids, and hiking at 70 because you want to.

Get calmer, lighter and less bloated.

Stress is running the show. Belly fat feels stuck, bloating is your new normal, and your mood swings faster than you can keep up with.

What changes: You'll learn to recognize what your body needs in the moment, whether that's movement, rest or calm. When stress settles and your gut feels better, you feel lighter, think more clearly and finally feel like yourself again.

Enjoy your life without undoing your progress.

Monday to Friday you're on track. Then the weekend happens. A few glasses of wine, dinner out, a family event, and suddenly you feel like you've blown it all and need to start again.

What changes: You'll learn how to plan for the life you actually live. Yes, the wine and the chocolate can stay. You'll enjoy them without guilt and without watching your hard work disappear by Sunday night.

Stop starting over and start trusting yourself.

You go all in, life gets messy, you fall off, and the guilt spiral begins. You've started over so many times you're not sure you trust yourself to follow through anymore.

What changes: You'll build small, realistic habits that fit into a busy life and keep working even on your hardest weeks. No perfection required. By Day 14, you'll have proof that you can keep promises to yourself, and that feeling is where real, lasting change begins.

You don't need another diet. You need a plan that finally matches the body you're living in right now. In 14 days, you'll have one.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

I've tried so many programs and quit. What makes this different?

Most programs expect perfection and lose you the moment life gets messy. This challenge is built for real life. You'll focus on one simple action each day, and if you have an off day, you just pick up where you left off. The goal is progress, not perfection.

How much time will this take each day?

Plan for about 15 to 30 minutes. Each day's video is just 5 to 7 minutes, and the daily action is designed to fit into the life you already have, whether that's adding protein to breakfast or taking a walk after dinner.

I'm already in perimenopause or menopause. Is it too late for me?

Not at all. Whether you're preparing for the shift or already in the middle of it, the tools you'll learn work at every stage. It's never too late to build strength, sleep better and feel more like yourself.

I'm not very fit. Can I keep up?

Yes. There's no "behind" here. Every movement can be done at your own level, at home, with little or no equipment. Start where you are and build from there.

Do I need a gym or special equipment?

No. Everything can be done at home. A pair of dumbbells or a resistance band is helpful but not required. A backpack or grocery bags work just fine to start.

Will I have to count calories or track macros?

No strict tracking required. You'll learn how to find a simple protein and water target and use it as a guide, not a rulebook. Some days include a short journal so you can notice patterns, but this is about awareness, not perfection.

Do I have to give up wine, chocolate or eating out?

Nope. You'll learn how to enjoy the foods and drinks you love without undoing your progress. One day explores how alcohol affects your sleep, energy and hormones, and you'll be invited to experiment and see what works for your body. The choice is always yours.

I already know I should eat protein and lift weights. Why would I join?

Knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently are two very different things. This challenge gives you structure, daily guidance and a community to keep you accountable, so you're not just collecting information, you're putting it into action.

What if I miss a day?

Life happens. Everything is waiting for you in your inbox, so you can catch up whenever it works for you. Missing a day won't hurt your progress. Quitting because you missed one would.

What if I can't make the kickoff call live?

A replay will be available, so you won't miss a thing.

I'm nervous about joining a group. Will I feel judged?

Absolutely not. The Sisterhood is full of women in the same season of life, cheering each other on. It's a safe, supportive space where you'll feel understood, not compared.

I have a health condition or injury. Can I still participate?

Most women can safely take part, and every movement can be modified. If you have a medical condition, injury or take medications, please check with your doctor before making changes to your exercise, nutrition or supplements.

Only $97! What's the catch?

There's no catch. At the end of the challenge, Kim will share how you can keep your momentum going if you want more support. There's zero pressure. You'll walk away with tools you can use for life either way.

When does it kick-off?

The Challenge starts with a Kick-Off Zoom Call on Monday, 2 November 2026 at 7:00PM MT and you will start receiving daily prompts on Tuesday, 3 November 2026
