No. StrongHER is designed for women at all fitness levels, including those who have never lifted weights before or who are returning after a long break.

Your workouts are customized to your current ability, injuries, experience, and available equipment. We establish a baseline, then progress from there at a pace that supports your body not punishes it.

There is no “behind” in StrongHER. There is only your starting point.

Will I have to follow a strict diet or give up foods I love?

No. StrongHER is not a restrictive diet, and yes, we keep the wine.

You’ll receive real-life nutrition guidance that supports hormones, energy, and fat loss without cutting out entire food groups. The goal is consistency, balance, and sustainability not perfection.

This is about learning how to eat in a way your body can actually use, not white-knuckling your way through another set of rules.

What if I don’t hit my goals in 12 weeks?

If you are showing up, engaging in the process, and following the plan and you haven’t reached your goals, we stay together until you do at no additional charge.
